How it works

Photo in, palette out — then the part that matters

Finding your season takes a couple of minutes. Using it is the rest of the app: your colors stay on your phone, Smart Match checks real-world colors while you shop, and the combinations you like stay saved.

  1. 1

Find your season — or pick it yourself

Take a photo or choose one from your library and let the app work out your season. Already know it? Select it and skip straight to the palette; nothing later in the app depends on running the analysis.

  2. 2

    The lighting gets corrected first

Indoor bulbs skew warm and screens skew blue, and both change how skin reads. Color Curator locks and corrects white balance before it measures anything, then scores your colouring on three axes: warm or cool, light or deep, clear or muted.

  3. 3

Your palette lands in your pocket

72 colors and 24 neutrals, sortable by family, lightness or hue. No swatch book to carry, no PDF to dig out of your inbox, no folder of screenshots to scroll through in a changing room.

  4. 4

Check real colors with Smart Match

Point the camera at a garment, a lipstick or a scarf. Smart Match reads the actual color under the lighting you are standing in and shows how closely it matches your recommended colors.

  5. 5

    Save what works

Keep the colors you return to as favorites, and group them into sets for clothing, makeup and accessories — so the good combinations are there the next time you are getting dressed.
